Internet Storm Center

After logging into the SANS site to download the kit, you get a unique download URL which prompts you for a password. My SANS credentials do not work. How do we get the kit?

Every now and then it requires an individual to go through it twice. Usually this clears up when you refresh or browser or clear your cache and try again. With load balancing the downloads we are farming it off to different servers and every now and then a hiccup appears.

Each time, I ask the user to try again and it usually works the 2nd or 3rd time. Apologize for the frustration initially. Thanks for your interest in the workstation. --Rob Lee rlee@sans.org
